Okay, so, today we had a shoot in Santa Monica at 10 am. Fun, fun saw the beach and it was a beautiful day. After the shoot and before our other shoot in Hollywood, we went to lunch. After lunch I thought it would be a great idea to take my vitamins! Hmmm....
As we are driving from Santa Monica to Hollywood, Cassie's bladder decides it's time to take charge. What!?! There isn't a bathroom in the car! I was in pain. I have no clue who, what, where, when and how. After a while sitting in traffic and getting lost on our way to our destination, I was going unconscious. (not really, but I couldn't focus!)
We turn on Sunset and we are in the left lane going south. I couldn’t handle it anymore! I started to freak out! I see a cafe to my right. My moment of insanity comes. I look at Steve and tell him "I have to go to the bathroom so bad, I am getting out here." I jumped out of the car and crossed traffic. It wasn't that dangerous but...let's think it was. It would make it sound so much more like I was a rebel.
At this point I am a woman in pain. Don't mess with me. I ran into the cafe, looked at the people working there and strongly asked for a bathroom. I did my business in a hurry and ran out of the cafe, thinking traffic wouldn't move that fast. Well, at this point I realized, I had no phone, no wallet and Steve wasn't anywhere to be found. Not funny! I look in the direction we were driving and still couldn't see him, so I start runnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnning! Lol! It is a good thing I go to the gym all the time because I ended up running 3 blocks until I finally found Steve! He was still in the left lane at a stop. Then the light turned green, he started to go and I yelled, "STEVE!" I didn't want to run anymore. He looked at me in surprise as he found a place to pull over for a quick second and I jumped back into the car.
We finally found our way to the shoot and I had to go to the bathroom again! Then, I realized, I took my vitamins. Don’t you normally have to go to the bathroom after you take your vitamins? Duh! Well, I can say I won’t try that again. Crazy!!! But it is a fun story I can tell my grandchildren.
The rest of my day was great! I had a lot of fun!

Relationships...hmmmmm...
You know when your parents said you can't date until you are 30 years old!?! I thought they were being crazy and they were from a different planet! Well...Hahaha. No, no parents have great advice you should listen to them once and a while. ;) I really don't care if I ever date again (I might be lying).
If the Lord decides to bring someone in my life that is on Him and His time and not mine. Relationships are a lot of work and understanding. Many say you are not going to love that person the whole time. You know what? I believe them. My last real relationship was for 3 years! 3 whole years! And that ended April 2003! Like 4 years ago! I remember when Aaron and I broke up; we were talking on the phone and he decided to end it. For some reason I was settling for something God didn't want me to have by staying in a relationship that wasn’t blessed by God. Now before you say Oh poor Cassie she got dumped, there are more that enough details in that situation than anyone will ever know.
Being in and seeing many relationships with my friends, I have learned so much whether they are single and dating, dating or married, Christian and non - Christian. Trust in the Lord and not your emotions. Have discretion and don’t do anything you will regret. Remember it takes about ½ the time of the relationship to get over a person.
It still sucks though. ☹

Woke up on the wrong side of the bed today.
I just wasn't happy. Why? I don't know? Can it be the fact I worked 34ish hours in 3 day, not including all my driving time? Not bitter. I know some individuals have it worse off than me, but I am just tired. :( Well, and the fact I have to leave my wonderful, trust worthy bed in the morning.
But, as soon as Saturday comes I will be happy, great and wonderful! Me and my sister are going down to Laguna this weekend, just to hangout and get away from ourselves! I can't wait to see her! Ahhhh...peace. I love my Sissy!
I am so tired I am starting to get confused with the spelling og woke being too close to yoke. Huh?

Why am I so gullible?
I had a very long day at work. It was the type of day, where you could say anything to me and I might believe you. Hahaha, the guys at work (Jarrod and Steve) decided to tell me they went on a shoot with a guy from the ABC show, Desperate House Wives. Anyways I don't like missing shoots. Long story short it was one of those situations were I knew what they did yesterday from an ealier conversation but it just didn't register. Ahhhh!!!! They were laughing and I was confused. Not cool.
Yeah, great fun, for them!
But! Did you know gullibe is not in the dictionary?

Pedicure blamed for woman's death
Lawsuit claims woman developed bacterial infection from whirlpool
Updated: 4:37 p.m. PT Aug 8, 2006
SAN JOSE, CALIF. - The mother of a woman who died in June has sued a nail
salon alleging an infection from a pedicure contributed to her daughter's
death.
Jessica Mears, of Sunnyvale, died in late June at age 43. Her mother,
Diana Mears, filed a wrongful death lawsuit last week in Santa Clara
County Superior Court against Top Hair and Nails Salon of Mountain View.
The suit claims Jessica Mears contracted a bacterial infection during a
2004 pedicure at the salon that left a large lesion on her left calf.
Jessica Mears had lupus, a chronic disease that compromises the immune
system, and the lesion never completely healed, said Robert Bohn Jr., the
San Jose attorney representing Diana Mears.
A final autopsy report for Jessica Mears will not be complete for several
weeks, the Santa Clara County coroner's office said.
A number of women have reported similar infections following pedicures.
They are believed to be caused by harmful bacteria that accumulate in
improperly cleaned whirlpool foot baths.
An outbreak traced to a single salon in Santa Cruz County affected more
than 100 pedicure customers in October 2000. Another outbreak of skin
infections, involving 33 different salons and over 140 customers in Santa
Clara County, was reported in November 2004.
No previous deaths in California have been attributed to bacteria from
pedicures, according to California's Department of Consumer Affairs.
Now what am I going to do? Live in fear of getting the one thing I pamper myself with! Ahhhhh!!!! Not fair! Not fair! Not fair!
I guess if I die...I die with pretty looking toes? Not funny...

The decision you make today effects the life you have in the future.
Today was a very difficult day. It reminded me that we live in a fallen world. I am still trying to digest everything I went through today, it feels unreal. Oh but it is definitely real! The sad part is I feel the pain but I can't quite remember all the detail of what happened. Frustrating! I guess I just want to blank it out of my mind.
Except, I had lunch with an angel who is amazing! ;)
When I finally got home I cleaned. Why you ask? When I get uncertain or frustrated with situations, I have so much energy and I want to clean. I think it is a blessing in a messed up way. After all the crazy cleaning was over, I made myself some din din, sat down, listened to a sermon and search in the Word, I found comfort and conviction.
Psalm 15:2-5
2 He whose walk is blameless and who does what is righteous, who speaks the truth from his heart 3 and has no slander on his tongue, who does his neighbor no wrong and casts no slur on his fellowman, 4 who despises a vile man but honors those who fear the LORD, who keeps his oath even when it hurts, 5 who lends his money without usury and does not accept a bribe against the innocent. He who does these things will never be shaken.
Psalm 5
1 Give ear to my words, O LORD, consider my sighing 2 Listen to my cry for help, my King and my God, for to you I pray. 3 In the morning, O LORD, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait in expectation. 4 You are not a God who takes pleasure in evil; with you the wicked cannot dwell. 5 The arrogant cannot stand in your presence; you hate all who do wrong. 6 You destroy those who tell lies; bloodthirsty and deceitful men the LORD abhors. 7 But I, by your great mercy, will come into your house; in reverence will I bow down toward your holy temple. 8 Lead me, O LORD, in your righteousness because of my enemies— make straight your way before me. 9 Not a word from their mouth can be trusted; their heart is filled with destruction. Their throat is an open grave; with their tongue they speak deceit. 10 Declare them guilty, O God! Let their intrigues be their downfall. Banish them for their many sins, for they have rebelled against you. 11 But let all who take refuge in you be glad; let them ever sing for joy. Spread your protection over them that those who love your name may rejoice in you. 12 For surely, O LORD, you bless the righteous; you surround them with your favor as with a shield.
Big punch in the stomach! I am of flesh.
